A Huntington's disease clinical study is seeking research participants at the HDSA Center of Excellence at Rush University. HD-positive participants and HD-negative control participants of at least 30 years of age will be asked to perform a series of tasks to assess cognitive and motor functions, followed by a short neurological examination.
